On Thursday, Year 4 enjoyed learning about the food of the Romans and making food of the poor Romans, porridge and stewed fruit. Luckily it wasn’t the rich Roman food, I don’t know how much fun we would have had cooking peacocks’ brains and camels’ feet.
Reception gathered together to celebrate being unique and loved by God. As a class, we talked about the importance of our names and the children shared their thoughts about prayer and being precious. We also celebrated our beautiful work that we completed throughout the topic.
